從事銀行財富管理已經十三年,每天經手的是與客戶資產規劃相關的工作.最重要的核心價值是要幫客戶理財賺取更多財富.但是在利潤導向業績掛帥的銀行業生存,考驗的是如何在自己的業績與客戶資產保全增值之間取得雙贏.有時面對的是內在良心的考驗!尤其是回想到2008年金融海嘯,許多客戶基於相信理專的專業之下卻不幸遇到沒有良心的理專,沒有考量到客戶的風險承受度及年齡,就用生動的話術,引導客戶去買不適合的商品，在未充分告知客戶商品風險的情況下,讓客戶在雷曼兄弟公司倒閉導致很多客戶累積畢生心血的積蓄在一夕之間承受大幅的虧損,因而引發很多客戶前去銀行抗議申訴的事件.在那次事件發生後，客戶喪失了對銀行及理專的信賴,因此也讓一直秉持良心幫客戶用心做資產規劃的理專,也要很辛苦地去挽救客戶對理專的不信任,實在是令人感到遺憾!我們要說良心話做良心事的教誨之下,深感自己,現在身為理財業務主管更要把"良心"這兩個字傳承給部屬,要它們凡事要以良心為出發點為客戶著想，幫客戶做最適合他們商品的配置,當客戶發現我們是在經營良心事業之後,會感動我們的服務,我們才能將事業做得更長久,客戶關係也會經營得更好!在良心時代的啟動之下,從自身做起再去發揮自身的影響力去感染身邊的每一個人，我相信這個"善的循環"會讓這世界更美好!
