Hi my name is Kevin Skelly.  I am the Superintendent of the Palo Alto Unified School District.  My thoughts on this are that we have to be the chains that we want to see in the world.  As an educator, I see education as a great help to make the world a better place, that when we give people wisdom and knowledge that helps them make better decisions, they can be that force that helps the world become a better place.  So to me, education is a calling.  It’s an opportunity to do some good work in this world.
